1. Who we are

VIRIDION ("we") is a St. Lucia-born green-technology and AI company. Contact us at hello@viridion.tech.

2. Data we collect

Information you submit through forms (name, email, message), and basic analytics (pages visited, device type). We do not sell personal data.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, improve the site, and — only with your consent — send updates about Viridion projects.

4. Field & sensor data

Data captured by Viridion field systems (HALO, Field App, Atlas) is encrypted locally. Capture is consent-based per session and operators can delete context at any time.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and minimal analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.

7. Children & sensitive data (Viridion Sprout)

Sprout is caregiver-led for young children. A child’s name and identifiers are never sent to any AI service — AI requests use a de-identified child reference only. Guardian consent is the lawful basis and is revocable; revoking stops AI processing and excludes data from research. Disability/health data is treated as sensitive and given extra safeguards, and we log what is sent to third parties and why. Sprout does not diagnose. See the Consent and Accessibility pages.

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed before public launch.
